HLIC Family,

We just finished our 4 day basketball camp. It was an amazing week with the number of kids increasing everyday. Pastor Darlin organized the food and crew as good as I’ve ever seen it done. We were in shock by how well everything ran and even the quality of food was unreal.

We took time today after our tournament and asked if any of the kids want us to pray for them… turns out every kid wanted us to pray for them! Probably an hour of prayer ministry with two lines going at one time.

The manager had tears in his eyes yesterday as we were talking to the kids about how deeply the Father loves them. He asked if we would do this again and our crew here felt this could easily be a yearly event.

I got the sense that many of these kids have never felt the love of Abba quite like they did this week. It really was beautiful.

After a lot of sweat and laundry, we are very proud of the seeds sown. All this to say, thank you for sowing and praying for us. Don’t think it doesn’t make eternal and immediate impact on these lives.
